Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
- A Diploma in Technical Education in the relevant field from a recognized institution;
OR
- For Instructor III – Building and Civil Engineering, the fields are:
- Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Technology, and Structural Engineering
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will include; –
- undertaking training in areas of specialization in accordance with the syllabus;
- preparing teaching/learning material and scheme of work;
- setting and making examination/assignment;
- carrying out research work under the guidance and supervision of a senior trainer; and
- supervising trainees’ projects and practical work
