Must be persons of high integrity
Must have demonstrated experience in finance, accounting, auditing, governance, legal, corporate governance, or related fields
Must have at least 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field
Must have served in a leadership position for at least 5 years
Must meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
