Fairview Hotel Nairobi – Vignette Collection is a leading luxury hospitality destination committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional to fill the position of Income / Revenue Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and verify daily hotel revenues from all operating departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Conferencing, and other revenue-generating outlets.
• Reconcile daily revenue reports against Opera PMS, POS systems, and other financial records.
• Review cash, credit card, mobile money, city ledger, and other payment transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue audit reports for management review.
• Identify and investigate revenue discrepancies, variances, and control weaknesses.
• Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies, internal controls, and audit procedures.
• Monitor and verify discounts, rebates, complimentary services, and void transactions.
• Support month-end closing processes and assist with both internal and external audits.
• Work closely with operational departments to strengthen revenue controls and improve reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position within a four-star or five-star hotel environment.
• Proficiency in hotel property management and financial systems, preferably Opera PMS and related revenue management systems.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
