We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven HR Coordinator to join our team in Mlolongo. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure effective implementation of HR policies, and serve as a key liaison between management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the recruitment process (advertising, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Support the Management in the implementation of the HR strategy
• Handle employee relations matters and coordinate disciplinary procedures
• Track employee leave, attendance, and performance reviews
• Support training and development initiatives
• Oversee the adherence to the health & safety requirements within the organisation
• Prepare HR reports and support payroll input and benefits administration

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Human Resources or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role
• Solid understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker who is able to think out of the box
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an added advantage
• Must be willing to work full-time in Mlolongo
