Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Commercial who will oversee and strategically drive the organization’s key revenue-generating verticals; Housing projects, Land business, E-commerce/Value-added services, Diaspora and Sales.

The role is critical in providing commercial leadership, maximizing business performance, enhancing market competitiveness, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth across all commercial operations.

What You Will Do

  • To drive integration across the various revenue streams within the organization.Aligning sales, business development, and customer engagement strategies to meet both growth and impact targets.
  • To scale up E-commerce, Diaspora and VAS products, dedicated executive oversight is required.
  • Ensure there is efficiency, strategic focus, partner engagement, and accountability across all commercial initiatives.Lead strategy, execution, and financial performance of housing and land sales, e-commerce, and customer value-added services and the societys commercial performance as a whole.
  • Oversee sales planning, pricing, market research, and customer experience across commercial verticals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver profitable, scalable commercial projects.Develop commercial KPIs and report performance to executive leadership and the Board.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related field is desirable.
  • Minimum 7-12 years with at least 3-5 years in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably in real estate, property development, E-commerce, VAS or sales-intensive sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing diverse commercial portfolios and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
