Responsibilities
- Lead land preparation, replanting, and soil health optimization
- Coordinate high-pressure floral events (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, IWD)
- Oversee rose trials, budwood management, and crop performance
- Manage flower harvesting logistics and transportation to packhouse
- Drive composting, sustainability, and soil fertility initiatives
- Oversee stores, inventory control, and asset management
- Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance
- Lead labor planning, workforce productivity & staff development
- Coordinate cross-functional operations for seamless execution
- Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards
- Oversee greenhouse plastic installation and maintenance
Qualifications
- Degree in Horticulture / Floriculture / Agriculture
- 5–10 years’ experience in a flower farm operations leadership role
- Strong expertise in field operations, crop management, and logistics
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination ability
- A highly accountable, hands-on leader who delivers results.
