Job Purpose

To oversee and manage all farm operations within the school, including livestock and crop production, while supporting agricultural learning, ensuring productivity, sustainability, and alignment with the school’s educational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in farm management.
• Experience managing both livestock and crop production.
• Experience in a school or training institution is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision of the day-to-day operations of the farm.
• Analysis of daily consumption data for the farm and promote profitability.
• Track and keep an accurate production schedule of both crops and livestock.
• Strategy implementation and cost control across all departments.
• Supply chain management from production to consumption, enhancing quality output.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and school policies.
• Prepare periodic reports for school management.
