About the Role
Our client is a Nairobi-based private aviation charter company delivering helicopter, turboprop, and business jet solutions. They are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Acquisition Officer to support business growth through digital campaigns, lead generation, customer acquisition, and online brand visibility. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving online engagement, managing digital channels, and executing marketing strategies that generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media pages, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
- Generate leads and support customer acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular analytics and performance reports.
- Create engaging marketing content including graphics, captions, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Support SEO, SEM, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Track customer engagement metrics and recommend improvement strategies.
- Manage digital communication and brand consistency across all channels.
KPI
- LinkedIn outreach – Minimum 25 personalised messages per day to verified corporate targets. Logged in the CRM within 90 minutes. No log = no bonus.
- B2B partnerships – Minimum 5 outreach contacts per day to corporate partners — private banks, NGO procurement heads, and multinational travel managers.
- Qualified leads – Minimum 8 qualified charter leads delivered to the sales pipeline per week.
- Corporate accounts – Minimum 2 new signed or verified B2B corporate partners onboarded per month.
- Instagram – Minimum 1 premium post per day. Stories daily. Content: aircraft, routes, and client lifestyle. No aviation hobbyist or enthusiast content.
- LinkedIn brand – Minimum 3 brand authority posts per week positioning the company’s services as East Africa’s premier private aviation company.
- Facebook – Minimum 3 posts per week targeting the Nairobi expat and corporate business community.
- Content calendar – Monthly content plan submitted at the start of each month. Consistent, planned posting required.
- Empty leg alerts – All available empty leg opportunities broadcast to the company contact list within 15 minutes of confirmation.
- Google Ads – Cost per qualified lead must remain under $75. Weekly performance report submitted every Monday.
- SEO – Minimum 4 blog posts published per month targeting high-intent private charter search terms.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in B2B digital marketing with documented, measurable results
- Proven LinkedIn cold outreach experience — must show previous campaign response rates and lead conversions –
- Google Ads management with demonstrable cost-per-lead data.
- Active social media management — Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook — for premium or luxury brands
- Content creation and brand positioning for high-end products or services –
- Experience targeting corporate decision makers: C-suite, EAs, procurement heads, regional directors
- Background in luxury travel, hospitality, financial services, or aviation preferred
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with regular performance reporting
- Must own a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection
