Clinical Data Coordinator Job. Human Capital Outsourcing Jobs

On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare organization, we are seeking a meticulous Clinical Data Coordinator to manage and oversee clinical trial data collection, validation, and reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance in their research initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data collection protocols for clinical studies
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular database audits
  • Coordinate with clinical sites to ensure timely and accurate data submission
  • Prepare clinical study reports and regulatory submissions
  • Maintain electronic data capture (EDC) systems and databases
  • Train clinical staff on data collection procedures and GCP guidelines
  • Support regulatory inspections and audit preparations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related healthcare field
  • 3-4 years of clinical research or data management experience
  • Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes
  • Proficiency in EDC systems (Medidata Rave, REDCap, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • CCDM or ACRP certification preferred
  • Experience with statistical software (SAS, SPSS) is a plus
