Business Development Manager Job
Are you passionate about e-commerce, sales, and helping businesses grow?
At Shipbox, we provide cash-on-delivery (COD) fulfillment services across Kenya and Uganda for international e-commerce sellers. We’re looking for a Growth & Seller Acquisition Manager to help us scale our daily order volume by bringing in new sellers and growing existing client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and reach out to international e-commerce sellers (outside Kenya/Uganda)
- Pitch Shipbox as their local fulfillment partner in East Africa
- Reactivate past or inactive sellers with personalized follow-up
- Suggest product opportunities and help sellers increase order volume
- Manage and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Work closely with the CEO and account managers to drive daily orders
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Understands the e-commerce & dropshipping space (especially COD)
- Has experience with sales, client acquisition, or business development
- Speaks fluent English (French or Arabic is a plus)
- Is proactive, resourceful, and a great communicator
- Can work independently and deliver results
