Grow Your Career Through Effective Customer Service: CSS Hosts Customer Service Training Graduation

One key factor that helps in retaining your customers is the kind of service they receive when they interact with your organization.

Customer service professionals have a big part to play in customer satisfaction.

This week, CSS held an exhaustive training for customer service professionals. The training was targeted at educating the professionals on the practical skills they need to excel at work and in their careers.

After the graduation, I had a chance to speak with a few of the graduates. Here are some of the comments from the graduates;

“I work in a very busy environment. Each day, I’ll talk to more than 70 customers and handle dozens of walk-ins. I have always gone about my role, and I thought I was doing well. The training helped me understand the weight of my role in retaining the old customers and creating a relationship with the new and potential clients.

Now, I know I will not only give the best at work, but I’ll also be able to grow my career and achieve my professional goals. With the practical lessons I have learned, I will be able to grow as a customer service expert.” Diana.

“I think what I liked most about the training was the fact that the trainer was very practical. I have been to several customer service trainings, but most of them are so theoretical. In this training, I was surprised when we did case studies and had practical examples. This training method helped me clearly grasp the lessons. I also like how the trainer would focus on each one of us. He moved at our pace and when you didn’t understand something, he would explain it in a way that you could relate to. This training was a true value for money.” Louise.

“I have always thought of my role as just customer service. Anytime I receive an inquiry which doesn’t touch on my department, I simply forward it to the other department.

Through this training, I have come to learn and appreciate that I should have a deep understanding of the whole company. This way, when someone calls, I don’t have to keep redirecting them to other departments, I can simply help them and answer their queries. My biggest takeaway and action point is to take time to learn and understand every aspect of the business. I can’t wait to get started.” Janet.

You too can learn how to be an effective customer service professional and move your career to the next level. Learn more about the next Customer Service Training.
