Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell electrical products and related appliances to new and existing clients.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits to retailers, contractors, hardware stores, and other potential clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in electrical products, hardware, or appliances.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of electrical products is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license or ability to travel frequently within assigned areas.
