Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Website Developer to create responsive and high-performance websites using modern web technologies. You will work collaboratively with our design and development team to deliver seamless digital experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project Scrum Masters to receive and clarify tasks.
• Participate in requirements analysis and engage with customers for clarification.
• Develop new features and enhancements for both front-end and back-end applications.
• Work with internal teams to design software architecture and functionality.
• Create responsive, mobile-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, databases, and PHP.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX mockups into functional code.
• Communicate design ideas through user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Debug and resolve layout, performance, and browser compatibility issues.
• Collaborate with SEO and analytics teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Work with various Content Management Systems (CMS).

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
• Strong interest in coding and front-end development.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow in a collaborative team environment.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Attention to detail and a passion for technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and positive mindset.

Required Skills

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Experience with A/B testing and website analytics.
• Proficient in managing user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
• Proficient in PHP frameworks such as React, Laravel, or CodeIgniter.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in mobile app development using Flutter or React Native.
• Background in digital marketing.
