Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Website Developer to create responsive and high-performance websites using modern web technologies. You will work collaboratively with our design and development team to deliver seamless digital experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project Scrum Masters to receive and clarify tasks.
- Participate in requirements analysis and engage with customers for clarification.
- Develop new features and enhancements for both front-end and back-end applications.
- Work with internal teams to design software architecture and functionality.
- Create responsive, mobile-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, databases, and PHP.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX mockups into functional code.
- Communicate design ideas through user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Debug and resolve layout, performance, and browser compatibility issues.
- Collaborate with SEO and analytics teams to ensure technical accuracy.
- Work with various Content Management Systems (CMS).
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
- Strong interest in coding and front-end development.
- Self-motivated and eager to grow in a collaborative team environment.
- 3+ years of industry experience.
- Attention to detail and a passion for technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and positive mindset.
Required Skills
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing and website analytics.
- Proficient in managing user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
- Proficient in PHP frameworks such as React, Laravel, or CodeIgniter.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mobile app development using Flutter or React Native.
- Background in digital marketing.
