seeking a UX Designer who is equal parts problem-solver, storyteller, and user advocate to help shape high-converting experiences across landing pages, websites, and digital campaigns.
Role Description
- Design high-performing landing pages and user interfaces that align with brand identity and marketing goals
- Map, analyze, and improve user flows to reduce friction and increase conversions across digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with CRO specialists to develop hypotheses, implement A/B tests, and iterate based on performance
- Conduct user research (surveys, heatmaps, interviews, usability testing) to inform design
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Partner with developers to ensure responsive, pixel-perfect implementation
- Ensure accessibility and mobile-first design in all experiences
- Support performance marketing teams with campaign assets that prioritize usability and conversion
- Stay current on UX trends, behavioral psychology, and interaction models
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX or product design experience, ideally in a fast-paced or agency setting
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
- Strong grasp of responsive and mobile-first web design
- Experience with CRO testing methodologies and optimization strategies
- Confidence conducting or applying user research
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and design-to-dev handoff processes
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- Experience running A/B tests for landing and website pages
- Strong grasp of user flow, site architecture, and optimizing overall page design to drive
