Key Responsibilities
- Curate and evaluate visual designs and AI-generated design outputs.
- Grade visual outputs based on reference rubrics and explain rationale behind decisions.
- Use Figma to complete design tasks, refine layouts, and showcase UI patterns.
- Collaborate with partners on feedback loops, rubric alignment, and design standards.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across evaluations.
- Contribute ideas to improve model performance, feedback quality, and design clarity.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong, consistent portfolio.
- Advanced Figma proficiency, including use of components, auto-layout, design tokens, etc.
- Strong visual intuition and a clear understanding of layout, hierarchy, and usability.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and confidently.
- Enthusiasm for working with evolving AI tools and contributing to cutting-edge design systems.
- Highly collaborative mindset and openness to iterative feedback
