We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Social Media Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage daily publishing schedules, content calendars, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to create high-performing visual and written content.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
  • Plan and execute paid social campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and respond to customer queries or feedback on social channels.
  • Lead influencer/creator partnerships and campaigns where applicable.
  • Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all social content.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
  • Deep understanding of each platform’s best practices and audience dynamics.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later).
  • Strong content writing, editing, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Ability to interpret analytics (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) and translate into strategy.
  • Experience with paid social campaign management and budgeting.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
