We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. With 5+ years of experience, you’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth by creating compelling content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance. This is an opportunity to own the social media presence of a fast-growing company and shape the way we connect with our audience.

  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify emerging trends, tools, and platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of high-quality content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to expand reach.
  • Build and engage online communities through thoughtful interactions, timely responses, and brand storytelling.
  • Monitor conversations and manage brand reputation across channels.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Partner with performance marketing teams to align social media with broader digital campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Use insights to refine strategy and improve performance continuously.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in B2B or B2C digital-first industries.
  • Strong knowledge of major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook) and their respective best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital, social, and cultural trends.
