Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Process transactions and issue receipts accurately.

Store Maintenance

• Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Arrange and restock merchandise on shelves and displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock.

Product Presentation & Styling

• Assist in styling mannequins and shop displays to attract customers.
• Keep up with current fashion trends to better assist customers.

Digital Marketing Support

• Take high-quality, appealing photos of products for online platforms.
• Creatively post products and promotional content on social media.
• Respond to online inquiries and assist with basic order management.

Reporting & Communication

• Maintain records of daily sales and customer feedback.
• Communicate customer preferences and suggestions to management.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail, fashion, or customer-facing role
• Basic skills in digital marketing and social media content creation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A good sense of style and fashion awareness
• Teachable, adaptable, and creative thinker
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage
