Qualifications And Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Seven (7) years’ cataloguing experience in an academic library.
  • Knowledge of bibliographic control principles and practices including MARC, AACR2, LCHS, and LC.
  • High Level Computer Technology skills with experience in Integrated Library
  • Management System (KOHA) desirable.
  • Team player with strong organizational and managerial skills.
  • Capability of multitasking and working with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
