Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that support complex business processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and other developers to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation.
- Build and optimize complex workflows, triggers, process builders, flows, and approval processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ensure Salesforce platform best practices are followed for performance, scalability, and security.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for solutions and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Bulk, Metadata, Streaming).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security model.
- Experience with version control (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing automation, or other enterprise systems.
- Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
