We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales strategy, build and scale revenue operations, and drive sustainable business growth. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle—from pipeline development to closing deals—while also recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

  • Sales Leadership – Define and execute the sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Team Management – Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals; foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Pipeline Development – Drive consistent pipeline growth through prospecting, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Client Engagement – Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers; serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Forecasting & Reporting – Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance insights to executive leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure aligned go-to-market execution.
  • Contract Negotiation – Lead high-value contract discussions, pricing, and deal structuring.
  • Market Expansion – Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to shape sales strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and long sales cycles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate company strategy into sales execution.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
