- In-Store Sales & Customer Support
- Assist clients and offer advice yarn, crochet product choices
- Online Orders & Fulfillment
- Receive/process online orders and dispatch deliveries in timely manner
- Customer Engagement
- Answer customer queries via phone, social media, or in-store/offer excellent customer service
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales and customer service
- Warm, approachable, and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast paced environment Experience in crochet or knitting added advantage
