As Production Supervisor, you’ll be at the center of our production operations — planning, organising, and ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities
Production:
- Plan, organise, and control production to meet goals
- Manage resources, equipment, and materials efficiently
- Set production schedules and minimise waste
- Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and storage
Quality Control:
- Monitor production to resolve issues promptly
- Enforce health, safety, and quality standards
Supervision:
- Lead, train, and support production team
- Monitor performance and maintain a clean, well-organised workplace
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing setup
- Diploma in Business Management or related field
- Good analytical skills; prior experience with ERP (preferably SAP)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage and communicate across all levels
