Key Responsibilities
- Lead business strategy and growth.
- Drive sales, profitability, and customer retention.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee business operations and team performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s is an added advantage).
- Diploma in Insurance & Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
- IIK membership or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ insurance experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
