Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Marketer based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Online Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various online platforms. Key responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, analyzing web traffic and user engagement, implementing marketing automation tools, and collaborating with sales teams to support lead generation and client engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Web Analytics and Online Marketing to analyze and optimize campaign performance
- Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Marketing Automation for effective audience engagement and streamlined processes
- Experience in Sales and online lead generation to support business goals
- Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in event marketing or exhibition services is an advantage
