  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and calendars for senior executives
  • Act as the first point of contact for office visitors and incoming inquiries
  • Support HR and procurement processes as needed
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
