The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Tasks include scheduling meetings, organizing office activities, managing communications, invoicing and collections and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration, Accounting or Human Resources qualification preferred
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in managing Office Equipment and supplies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- 3+ Years Experience
