Key Responsibilities
- Take overall charge of the ward/unit during the assigned shift
- Coordinate nursing staff and allocate duties effectively
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
- Supervise medication administration and clinical procedures
- Manage incidents, escalations, and shift handovers
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards
- Liaise with doctors and other departments as required

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license
- Minimum of 2 years relevant clinical experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory or in-charge role is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts at short notice
Engagement
- Covering / short-term In-Charge role
- Immediate availability is an added advantage
