Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::
Section 50 (1) (c) of the Public Benefit Organizations Act No. 18 of 2013, applicants for the position of Chairperson Public Benefit Organizations Disputes Tribunal must have the following minimum requirements:
- A Relevant Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Have the skill or knowledge necessary for the discharge of the functions of the Public Benefit Organizations Disputes Tribunal.
- Must not be a member or staff of the Authority
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity
