Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::

Pursuant to Section 39 (2) (b) of the Political Parties Act No. 11 of 2011, applicants to the position of member Political Parties Disputes Tribunal (Advocate) must hold the following qualifications.

• Hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university.
• Be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya or possess an equivalent qualification in a Common-law jurisdiction.
• Have at least seven (7) years post-admission experience.
• Must not be a member of the public service or take an active part in the activities of a political party.
• Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
