Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the company’s site and web applications.
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and farm-specific IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and website issues.
- Ensure the security and integrity of farm data and IT infrastructure.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and performance monitoring.
- Create engaging graphics, digital assets, and multimedia content for communication and marketing.
- Develop and publish creative content for web and social media platforms.
- Provide technical support and training to the team on IT systems and digital tools.
- Monitor and maintain IT and digital media equipment inventory.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in web development and system administration.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL).
- Strong knowledge of network and server management.
- Skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
- Experience in content development and digital marketing.
