Icon Prime Investment Ltd is seeking a versatile IT & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our office technology, online presence, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities.
- IT Support & Infrastructure: Manage hardware/software, troubleshoot tech issues, oversee networks (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls) and maintain IT security and backups.
- Website & Systems: Maintain and update our website, manage hosting/cPanel, resolve backend issues and ensure uptime/security.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and run digital campaigns, manage SEO, content creation, and Facebook Ads via Business Suite.
- AI & Automation Tools: Leverage AI for marketing automation, chatbots, analytics, and customer insights.
- Office Operations: Support the team with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and assist in IT procurement and inventory management.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology from a recognized institution.
- Three (3) years’ proven experience in IT support, networking, and website management (WordPress/cPanel).
- Strong background in digital marketing (SEO, social media ads, content management).
- Familiarity with AI tools for business automation and insights.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in IT (CompTIA, Cisco) and/or Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are a strong advantage.
