Qualifications
- Must be a holder of CPA(K) Certificate.
- Member of ICPAK in good standing.
- Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors IIA in good standing.
- Aged between 30–45years.
- Must have three (3) years work experience in a learning institution.
Sound knowledge of:
- Public Finance Management Act, 2012
- Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act
- IPSAS and accrual accounting
- Risk-based internal auditing and public sector governance
- Proficiency in computer applications and accounting systems
- High integrity and strong ethical standards
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgement
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Strong Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Should be of sound mind and good health and ready to abide by Basic Education Regulation
- Must meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010
