Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, space planning, and material selection, capable of managing interior design projects from concept to completion. This role requires a visionary professional who can translate client needs into innovative, practical, and visually compelling interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design & Space Optimization

• Create innovative interior layouts that maximize space efficiency, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
• Develop detailed interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment in collaboration with clients and vendors.
• Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design practices where applicable.

Project Management & Coordination

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide guidance during construction and fitting phases to ensure design accuracy.
• Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

Client Engagement & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are met.
• Present design proposals, concepts, and progress updates effectively and professionally.
• Incorporate client feedback into ongoing design development and foster repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and project success.
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and equipment selection.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
