DFT Group is hiring a Head of Growth & Client Partnerships to lead business growth strategies, develop strategic client partnerships and strengthen customer relationships. The role is based in Nairobi and experience in enterprise sales is required.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically within BFSI, FinTech, SaaS, or Consulting.
- Proven success in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- A strong executive presence paired with established C-level relationships.
- A Degree in Business, IT, or Finance; an MBA is preferred.
