The role requires a customer-focused individual with retail experience and the ability to create engaging digital content to promote products and drive foot traffic through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise display.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, sales recording, and daily reconciliations.
- Create and post engaging digital content for Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook to promote products and offers.
- Maintain attractive in-store visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance and recommend actions to improve turnover.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and security of the shop at all times.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in retail, or gift shop operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable using social media platforms for business promotion.
- Basic understanding of sales, stock management, and cash handling.
- Creative eye for product presentation and digital content creation.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
