Carry out fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, and related products as per approved shop drawings and instructions. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards while maintaining safety and efficiency in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate aluminium profiles, sashes, frames, and accessories as per cutting lists and instructions.
- Operate machinery (cutting, milling, punching, crimping) safely and correctly.
- Follow the Fabrication Quality Checklist during all operations.
- Handle aluminium profiles, glass, and accessories carefully to avoid damage.
- Take care of tools and machinery assigned for use, ensuring they are kept clean and in proper working order.
- Report immediately to the Team Leader any tool/machine malfunctions, damages, or safety concerns.
- Report any material defects or shortages to the Team Leader.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Support waste reduction and efficiency in material usage.
- Comply with all workshop health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- When required, support the Installation Team on-site with fitting, glazing, and related tasks.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Atleast 3 years experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience in aluminium fabrication (windows/doors preferred).
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
- Precision, attention to detail, and focus on quality.
- Teamwork and willingness to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to assist in installation tasks as needed.
- Safe handling of tools, machines, and materials.
