Digital Marketing & Content Executive Job Focused HR

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Executive to grow our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be expected to be hands-on, understand Kenya’s market trends, and can create content that speaks directly to fundis, garages, developers, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content (texts, images, videos) tailored to fundis, developers, Contractors and home renovation audience.
• Actively manage and respond to all social media interactions.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all platforms.
• Manage website content, SEO, and updates on ongoing promotions.
• Run loud, value-based promotions and giveaways.
• Build emotional connections through storytelling and relatable content.
• Design and manage loyalty programs to boost customer retention.
• Showcase our work through before-and-after visuals and customer stories.
• Collaborate with influencers, developers, garages, and attend local events (e.g. churches).
• Educate the audience with tips: surface prep, colour choices, etc.
• Promote social pages and campaigns strategically.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Research and understand Kenya’s local market trends and target audience needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
• Strong skills in design, video editing, and copywriting.
• Good understanding of SEO and web updates.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong market awareness.
