Digital Marketing Assistant Job (65k)
Industry: Real Estate.
Gross Salary: Kshs.65K
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager and Digital Manager.
Key Relationships: CRM; Finance; Projects and ICT.
Contract Duration: Two Year contract with possibility of renewal, subject to satisfactory performance.
Our client, a leading real estate company, is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Assistant who will be based at their Head Office. He/ She will devote over 90% of their time on designing and managing online digital brands and content. The other 10% of the time will be utilized on the reports, site visits and photography matters.

Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Assistant will provide the company with appropriate end-to-end digital marketing support ensuring versatile top rate brand presence and increasing hits, visits, views and reviews.
Summary of key areas of responsibility:
Communication, branding, design, creative and innovative online content.
Responsibilities:
Online Brand Management:
- Enhance online brand equity and presence, generating leads and responding to clients or visitors comments promptly and generally causing a unique online experience for them.
- Ensure all artworks are aligned to the brand guidelines.
- Ensure the Logo is used correctly across all applications.
- Review all online literature for consistency, confidence building and value creation.
Creative – Print and Digital:
- Manage and oversee all online assets, Website, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook
- Content production of all social media engagement.
- Monitor all online engagements such as post comments, inbox queries etc.
- Manage the company Blog.
- Update and manage website content.
- Photography & Video production – Document project milestones, conduct interviews.
- Design and resize – Newspaper adverts, online posts, Sales fliers & Merchandise.
- Development of Infographics & Interactive Testimonials.
- Develop and manage all marketing campaign.
Design:
- Design content for various platforms for visibility, aesthetics and cutting-edge competitive flair.
- Design content that is suitable for the social media audience and capable of reaching the target social media marketing audience.
- Ensure all branded merchandise, flyer activations, TV and newspaper adverts have the approved corporate logo to maintain and enhance brand image.
Collaborations:
- Collaborate with CRM in preparing weekly updates of sites progress for individual clients with customization issues and all the other estate members for general progress.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager on sharing online lead generation for prompt follow up.
- Liaise with Accounts on budgets to ensure there is adequate funding for all planned activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass communication or related courses.
- Certification course specializing in graphic design or their equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Three (2) years’ experience in relevant work.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Working knowledge of desktop design software such as Illustrator, InDesign or QuarkXPress.
- Working knowledge of image-editing packages such as Photoshop.
