Digital Banking Product Manager Job Human Capital Outsourcing Jobs
On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution, we are looking for an innovative Digital Banking Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of their mobile and online banking platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional digital experiences for their customers.
Responsibilities:
- Define product roadmap and strategy for digital banking solutions
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market requirements
- Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, and marketing teams on product development
- Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch and optimization
- Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement analytics
- Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Lead user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 4-6 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech
- Strong understanding of digital banking trends and technologies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Knowledge of API integration and mobile app development
- MBA or relevant certifications preferred
