Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience to oversee and improve the end-to-end customer journey.

  • Manage and improve operational workflows that support customer onboarding, support, billing, and retention.
  • Serve as the bridge between customer service, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Own and manage CRM, helpdesk, and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and operational data to propose actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support renewals and minimize churn.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer operations, support, or success operations roles.
  • Strong experience with customer support and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot).
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and BI dashboards (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
