Job Summary
The CRM Database Administrator shall be responsible to manage and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will ensure that the CRM database is accurate, secure, and optimized to support sales, marketing, and customer service operations. You will play a key role in data integrity, user support, automation, and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Zoho CRM platform
- Ensure all user accounts, roles, and permissions are correctly set up.
- Perform regular audits to maintain data accuracy and system performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, cleaning, duplication, and segmentation.
- Support data imports, exports, migrations, and integration with other platforms (ERP, email marketing tools, etc.).
- Maintain data privacy compliance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for CRM-related issues or questions.
- Provide training and support to team members across departments on how to use the CRM effectively.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, guides, and training sessions.
- Create and manage workflows, triggers, alerts, and automation rules to improve lead and deal management.
- Assist in integrating third-party tools for enhanced CRM functionality.
- Create dashboards and generate reports on KPIs like lead flow, conversion rates, pipeline value, and campaign performance.
- Provide insights to sales and marketing teams for decision-making.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT to ensure CRM aligns with business goals.
- Gather user feedback and suggest system improvements.
Performance Metrics
Key Performance Indicators are;
- Data Accuracy & Integrity – data audit, duplicate records
- System Performance & uptime – System availability/response time
- User Support & Training
- CRM Process optimization – automation, integration
- Reporting
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience administering a CRM system (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce,HubSpot).
- Proficient in CRM administration, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of database principles, data cleaning techniques, and user support.
- Familiarity with APIs and CRM integrations is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Certification in the Zoho CRM platform is an added advantage
- Background in real estate, marketing, or sales operations is a plus
