Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::
Under Section 50 (1) (a) of the Public Benefit Organizations Act No. 18 of 2013, applicants for the position of Chairperson Public Benefit Organizations Disputes Tribunal must have the following minimum requirements:
- Hold a law degree from a recognized university.
- Be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya or possess an equivalent qualification in a Common-law jurisdiction.
- Have at least Seven (7) years of post-admission experience.
- Qualification and experience in alternative disputes resolution will be an added advantage.
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
