Salary: Gross 20K Plus Commissions,
Our client is an IT company that specializes in providing end-to-end IT services and IT solutions. They seek to hire a Business Development Executive to drive business and ensure the company achieves its corporate sales revenue budget, profitability and customer service levels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To develop and execute sales strategies having a total focus on generating, increasing and achieving sales targets.
- To increase company sales and profitability.
- To secure strategic business deals and be able to make decisions that will benefit the company.
- Conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities and keeping up with current trends.
- Timely reporting on marketing trends and competitor analysis.
- Qualify prospective while delivering exceptional customer service so as to build long-lasting relationships.
- Offering after sales and support services.
- Have out of the box sales ideas.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, BBIT, or related courses.
- Proven experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role
- Minimum 2years experience in sale of IT endpoint devices and Off-the-shelf software
- Must possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Organised and keen to details.
- Exceptional negotiations and decision making skills.
