Associate, Corporate Commercial Job
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:
- Minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university
- Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate
- At least 2 years post-admission experience in a busy law firm
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience in Company Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Not-for-Profits
- Knowledge and practical experience in Data Protection, Cybersecurity, Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), and Fintech
- Excellent research skills and ability to draft legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
