Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role located in Mombasa for an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will manage daily property operations, including coordinating bookings, overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries. Responsibilities also include managing housekeeping schedules, conducting property inspections, ensuring regular maintenance, and liaising with property owners. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and the capacity to deliver excellent service while supporting property performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage daily operations effectively
- Experience in customer service and guest communication to enhance guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of property maintenance, housekeeping coordination, and property care practices
- Proficiency in using property management tools, systems, and booking platforms like Airbnb
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for resolving guest or operational challenges
- Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in the property management or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
