Administrative and Operations Coordinator Job

Our client, a reputable organization in the medical industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join their team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations, cost efficiency, and compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze cost expenditures to identify spending gaps and inefficiencies.
- Support finance and accounts operations by providing accurate data and insights to inform decisions.
- Prepare periodic reports highlighting cost-saving opportunities and financial implications.
- Ensure the hospital’s operations run efficiently, making managerial-level decisions as necessary.
- Procure items and services as approved by the CEO, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Oversee general administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Ensure all licenses and permits are current and renewed promptly to comply with industry and government regulations.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all compliance documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a point of contact for client and stakeholder inquiries.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate KRA Returns and Filling, of the hospital’s transactions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting option, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in cost control, procurement, and administrative functions, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Must have enrolled or completed CPA-K.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounts and operational management.
- Excellent organizational, managerial, and decision-making skills.
- Strong customer care skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in communication.
- Familiarity with licensing and regulatory requirements in the medical industry is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
