Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with 5+ years of experience to manage client relationships, oversee campaign performance, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and upsell services/products.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations tailored to client goals.
- Resolve client issues effectively and promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B or B2C client relationships, preferably in [industry, e.g., advertising, SaaS, marketing, tech].
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
