Here are 4 great facts about interviewing that you didn’t know.

1. Interviewers will subconsciously judge you before you open your mouth

You speak paragraphs about yourself before you ever even open your mouth.

As if this is not enough, most interviewers decide whether they want you to work for them in the first few minutes based on what they have in mind and the job description and what you present to them.

See, at this point you are the one in charge of your fate.

Although some may prejudge wrongly, it’s up to you to convince them that indeed you’re not just what they’ve assumed.

It may seem unfair but it is a really simple and grounded psychology that determines the outcome.

So prepare adequately

2. The Interviewers may not give the job offer to the “Most Qualified” person
