So again, patience is of great importance if you want to earn an appealing figure in this profession.

With 2 years experience, which is the preferred level of experience by most companies when filling a Customer Service Executive position, you can expect to earn a salary between KSh35,000 and 60,000. And this amount is common across industries; be it manufacturing, banking, agribusiness or even telecommunication. Whether you get paid on the lower side or higher side of that range will depend on the company and how well you negotiate your worth during the interview.

As you gain experience and start going up the ladder to management levels, only then will you start receiving better salaries. According to Salary explorer, the average salary of people working in the customer service profession is about KSh 92,000 with some in top management earning up to KSh 400,000.

    Am o level with computer packages certificate. working experience 7 years as payroll clerk and further assistand HR.Now the company has shutdown. Can i get the same job elsewhere?

  2. Am form 4 leaver, I knowledge in computer application, program installation, formatting and other computer related operation services, am a mason, an artist by talent and painting. I have a general knowledge in dealing with machines e.g generators servicing, hydraulic machines. Am very creative and a sharp thinker.
